Shaper Cut Review – my big 30-day journey

 

Okay everyone – it’s now official: 30 days of treatment with Shaper Cut fat loss pills are over .

At first it wasn’t easy to remember about taking some funny tablets every day but soon enough I got the hang of it. (Just pop one in the morning, one during lunch and finish it off with a dinner dose. Easy)

Even without the mirror I could tell the difference pretty early on! ;D

I’ve lost 18 pounds without any exercise

Yes, it’s true. Eighteen pounds of fat less in thirty days.

So it’s been over 14 days since I started testing Shaper Cut for you, my dear Readers.

After the first 7 days even I – the biggest “dietary magic pills” sceptic out there – had to admit there were some pretty visible effects of this experiment.

The story of how I decided to buy fat loss pills

Firstly, I have to be honest with you – Never before have I ever tried any weight loss pills because I always considered them just a pile of rubbish.

Dozens of my friends made the mistake of buying some cheap pills which then had to be thrown into the bin.

My 3 Very Best Ab Exercises

 

 

Sorry, that’s not me yet ;D. My belly still needs some work but hey! – it’s getting better by the day 😉

 

I just wanted to put you all into a serious mode for a bit because exercise is no joke – it works.

 

The reason I started doing these is because I wanted to see some muscles on my belly and the diet simply couldn’t cut it.

 

I find these exercises great for shaping my stomach muscles and strengthening a general stability of my body. And no, you won’t need any equipment to finish any of these ;).
